Many of us come home from work feeling tired and ready to hit the hay, for a good night’s sleep so we are all ready and energized for next morning. But for some, fatigue follows the person around 24/7, it’s merciless and tremendously chaotic for the person.
Chronic fatigue is said to be characterized by extremely profound fatigue and having abnormal sleeping patterns, sometimes even pain. Although, feeling fatigue is sometimes a good way for your body to say that you are tired and it is time to relax and have a good night’s rest. However, prevailing fatigue over a long period of time can cause stress, anxiety and pain.

Chronic fatigue is a little bit of a mystery, as many factors can cause it to emerge. From poor and unhealthy diet to stress and depression.
But, even though for some this may pose a challenge in life, it does not mean that one cannot enjoy life to the fullest. There are many things that can be done to help your Chronic fatigue, such as eating good, balanced and healthy breakfast, and the over used phrase of ‘drinking lots of water’ (it really does help) and naturally to make sure meals are on time and also balanced and have enough protein to give you the energy you need.
